Fall Out 3 issue
I have the same issue (after starting new game, program stop running), but I dont have installed any of asus smart doctor even gamer osd.

My research leads me to the following - Fixing Fallout 3 crashing, freezing and installation errors | Gaming News Link Or perhaps - Fallout 3 SecuROM shenanigans upset gamers | Destructoid, The Gamer's Blog quoted below: According to reports, Fallout 3 won't run on a PC with "recognized" piracy tools installed -- that includes Daemon Tools, Sonic, Roxio and similar software. I hope something from one of these sites might be a solution for you. Please keep us posted on your status.
