One of the easiest ways to remove software is through Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Locate the program to uninstall -> select Remove
I'm sorry, but I'm not familar with your software though. A system reboot might be appropriate to completely uninstall.

i had the same problem, when you start the game go to the data link first, it will tell you how to lower the graphics on the game so it will run, it also helps to have more than 1gb of memory.

I just recently downloaded "The Pitt" for Fallout 3 on my PC. At first things appeared to be going well, I purchased Microsoft points, purchased the download online(after completing a lengthy online registraion with Microsoft Live), and it "downloaded". I returned to Fallout, signed into my account, and sure enough, under the download section of the main menu was The Pitt's link. However, as I clicked on it absolutely nothing would happen. The game's main menu would continue as if nothing had happened, with Fallout's large bellowing orchestral theme music screaming through the background, and pictures and hints changing every few seconds as it usually does on the main menu. The only acknowledgement by the game of The Pitt was a distinctive clicking noise on the link that was bringing me nowhere closer to playing it. I tried uninstalling it, restarting it, and checked on my Live account to make sure it acknowledged it, which it did thankfully. I don't want a refund, I just want the damn thing to work(the link doesn't take me to the game). What can I do?
