Sorry if this doesn't belong here, but it happens in my games.

In basiclly every game I play flash, installed etc. When I hold a key down the action that it makes my character do carries on for about 5 seconds, sometimes longer.

ie. On Oblivion I hold forward to walk and then let go but my character keeps on walking for a long time and I am unable to do anything, this happens with other things where I hold it down aswell.

This also happens with simple games on the internet.

Assuming you're using ASWD as your movement keys, have you tried replacing "W" with another key to test?

I use ASWD for Oblivion, but this happens in all games, where you use arrow keys and others, so I dont believe it's the keys (it also happens with pressing space for jumps in flash games(what I mean by others)

It's could be some sort of virus? I dno (probably not a virus, but I don't know the other types of hijacking things on your computer)

Try a different keyboard. Simple, I know, but this can help us tell if the problem is with the hardware or software.

I don't know if we have another keyboard, and its late, so I'll be a while finding out if we even have one let alone seeng if its the keyboard. But I'll try. Meanwhile, if anyone else has ideas? Because of this I literally can't play any flash games

Bikkit's suggestion is valid and may save us all trying to find more complicated solutions when all it needed was another keyboard. Let us know how you get on...
