When I download any updates for/install World of Warcraft, the status button at the bottom of the window is yellow and says "You computer appears to be behind a firewall."
So, I added the two required ports into the "Excepted" section of my Firewall configuration, and ran it again. However, the same results occurred. The download continues, and I'm not really sure how this affects the download but would like to know, and any resolution would be appreciated.

Not familiar with WoW and it's various "features" - although, this was posted at a WoW forum;
