Default Game Graphics Freezing

Hi all.
I have recently decided to go onto miniclip.com to play games.
My computer is only a few months old Acer Aspire M1610, 3.0 Vista Experiance Index, Core 2 Duo, 4400 @ 2.00GHz, 895MB Ram, 32 Bit system type.
I have no problems with loading the games, but when it comes to try and play one, the graphics are shown in bits and my computer suddenly freezes completely and i have to re-boot by holding the button in.
Please could someone help.
Many thanks, Harrison.

Hi there,

Try these 3 things;

1) Update your video card drivers
2) Update your Java installation here: Download Free Java Software - Sun Microsystems
3) Update your FlashPlayer install here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash

Hey Harrison use the drop down boxws on this link:Acer Europe - Service & Support, Drivers & Utilities, Downloads, Desktop, Acer Aspire M1610

Download your graphics card driver and run it.This will require a restart.

JB.
After recieving various kilobite updates from windows vista and surprise surprise after i had re-installed my pc after some other issues, they do not freeze anymore.

It's hard to tell if it was windows fault for not providing the correct flash game running methods, or if my pc software was just corrupt in anyway.

Either way it is now working fine, the only problem i have now is i only have 1GB of ram, so i will have to upgrade my graphics card at some point in the near future, oh joy! :P

Cheers, Harrison.
