uninstall/install problems help me
I was having problems with my game bf2142 the screen was freezing up , so i deleted all the files i could find as it wasn't leting me uninstall it.
So now all i get is = THE CURRENT VERSION OF THE APPLICATION COULD NOT BE DETERMINED THE SETUP WILL NOW TERMINATE Basically the game will not play/uninstall or install ive tried ccleaner and cleaned the registry but still no joy. |

Have you tried the Tools function in CCleaner to uninstall your program?

yeah i tried the tools in ccleaner but it is not there so still no joy.

Just looking at the situation of it being XP on my machine I can think of varied ways to get rid of it, De-frag, and reinstall
Do you have the Disc, is it XP ? |

Hi Buckdude.
Please see the link below for manual removal of Battlefield 2142. You have already deleted the main folder so you just need to delete the Install Shield Information folder and all the registry entries listed.
