iv been playing my old fav games on my newish pc for 6months smoothly with no problems.now when i try to play them game starts to load for few seconds but a blue screen comes up with white writing on it for less than a second (to fast to read anything) then pc restarts.this happens with rtcw , et and now sometimes when i try play music or video.only thing i can think iv done difrent is i downloaded the nvidea latest drivers for my card.any way of getting back to just playin normal easily..pleeease help

The reason your PC is rebooting is because it is set to do that upon system error. We don't need you to read that blue screen message as a "dump log" should be stored on your PC that will tell us the problem. wow im happy this seems to be fixable.i followed the instructions and am up to uploading the file from my pc in the advanced repley.i get lost here lol ("and continue your way through the files and folders shown in your Event Log").
In the windows folder i do see a folder called minidump.but no 1001 file in it.could u make this bit a bit clearer if possible please.

was thinking about reinstalling xp soon before this happened.if i done this would this fix the problem? or just create more problems
