Default FPS with new computer gear!

Hey.. just got some of my new computer parts.

How many FPS can I expect to get in DOD S, and COD4 with:
Asus P5Q Pro MB
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0ghz CPU (That I plan to overclock to 3.6ghz)
Powercolor Radeon HD 4850
Kingston 4GB(2x2) DDR2 PC2-6400

I think DOD:S have a fps_max 300 limit.. I would be happy to get above 100 fps though. My monitor can do a 100hz.

I will install the latest Directx, and the latest known drivers for my video card.
The video card is a 2.0 PCI-e 16x

Ah.. nice.. I went for the 4850, it was cheaper. And besides, I don't play that many new games, expect COD4.. that is a great game.
