CPU sensors are not that accurate--but that's too high period.
That CPU is hot.
Check all the fans/vents... everything.
At that temp your processor could fry

Yeah one of my fans is not working. If I mess with it I can get it spinning really, really slowly but thats about it. Should I replace it, or is there a way to fix this?

I would definitely replace it...
too much heat can damage your processor permanently

Alright I guess I'll need to pick one up tonight, any suggestions on the size or anything? It's gonna be on the side of my case.

you need to know the size... usually 80mm or perhaps 120mm
This is probably the main exhaust fan-- so it would definitely be important to keeping your case cooler.
They are quite inexpensive.Beats buying a new Processor --for sure.
Be sure to double-check the CPU fan while you are going to the shop. Just to be sure.

Also-- as that is an exhaust fan-- be sure to mount it with the fan blowing OUT of the case.
