I don't know what more else to ask. You can see my system specs but I'm getting god aweful fps for all of my games. For example, I'm getting an average 17fps in BF 2142.

My hardrive is defraged, all my drivers are up to date, I just can't figure out what wrong.

On a side note though, I seriously think there might be a problem with my hard drive. It claims that I have taken up 100gb already, which I know cannot be possible. In fact after defragging, I lost available space. I don't know if this has something to do with game performance, but I definately know I should be getting better fps.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had a hard drive problem like this where the HDD was full all of a sudden and I'd get the warning messages about the HDD space being low. I was using Kaspersky and apparently in the Application Data folder it was using 50.9GB of space. I'm not sure if that's your case, but you might want to check in that folder

Just a shot in the Dark, What have you been using for a firewall? Reason I ask is because the FPS drop when something else is running in the Background, also when there not enough room on the HD to swap files
