When I open up Age of Conan the screen goes a little crazy, not too bad, but definately something wrong. The music plays, no error messages pop up, and I can even see "some" of the intended visual effects, but for the most part, other than the visible mouse, everything is all screwed up.

I am expecting my new "recomended specs-friendly" video card in my mailbox within the next few days.

Dispite the upgrade, my current video card (RADEON X800 PRO) meets the specs of the game(I believe). So I figured I'd grab the game, install it, make a character, etc. for a bit while my card comes.

I realized after I downloaded it I only had 22 GB of hard disk space left (32 gigs are recomended), but other than that, I can't seem to figure out whats making the game so screwed up, I got the latest driver for the card, and I'm out of ideas.

Here are some suggestions from the game developer:

1. Ingame graphic settings- Make sure that you have not turned on a specific feature that could be causing this (Antialiasing, etc). You can check in your settings under F10 to see if this is currently "Enabled". If so, disable and see if anything changes.
2. Drivers- Make sure that you are currently using the most up to date drivers for your specific video card. Some of the common sites for cards are Welcome to NVIDIA - World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies and Advanced Micro Devices Inc..
3. Email- If after you have done these steps and you are still having trouble with graphics, please contact Support. Our staff here can then troubleshoot exactly what is causing the issue on your client and can give recommendations as to how to fix this.
