Default missing DLL file
I have recently bought Pirates of the Caribean - the Legend of Jack Sparrow. On opening the game I get the following message:

this application has failed to start because MCAC3DEC.DLL was not found.

The supplier of the game has informed me that this file is part of Sony Vegas which I have not got installed on my PC.

Is there any way that I can obtain this missing DLL file?
