Hello, heres a puzzler for you all! I am trying to play "Spooky Castle", a game made by eGames. When I try to play it, the screen goes blank as if its about to load, then the window pops up saying egames.exe had to be stopped and about sending the error report etc. I emailed their support and they told me to reduce by process count from 52 to around 30-40 because a process may be clashing with it. I reduced the count to 28 but still no difference. I have tried disabling bit defender but still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, have you tried Run Older Programs on Windows XP ?
