Default Processor Question

If a game requires a 3.0Ghz processor but I have an Intel 2.4Ghz Quad, will it run? The packaging does not clarify if the 3.0 is a single P4, or anything else, but would assume it means a single.

Default Re: Processor Question

Yes. Clock speed often has no correlation when you have multi-core processors. The 3ghz is for Pentium 4. You could run a 1.86Ghz Core 2 Duo, and it would work perfectly. And you are running a quad core, at 2.4, so no worries. It will work far better than a 3ghz Pentium 4 would!
