i really need help with modding gta sa. i found a tutorial on youtube
when i download the img_editor it says to extract all files to a new folder(at about 2:50). when i downloaded img editor to the desktop it just comes up as a webpage link thing. when i open it, it opens up internet explorer and tries to download itself again.
please help it just wont open properly!!
