Thank you Hengis. I emailed them today and described the problem. I haven't heard back from them, but if I do and they help me through this I will post and describe what I did to fix the problem. Perhaps it will help someone else with a similar problem.

This site rocks, by the way! It is great for someone like me who is in the equivalent of, "kindergarten" where it concerns PC's, internet, or all things online!
