OK well i've got a problem.

About 2 weeks ago almost every internet game server started acting up on me.

There is only ONE server in all the games I play that I can actually play at.

What happens is I enter the server and although my fps is 50 - 60 the other players are jumping around like crazy.

Bacically I move smoothly, but it looks like everyone else is moving at 5 frames per second.

The only internet games I play are CSS, TF2 and DODS. They all run on the source engin, but i've been playing awhile and this is new.

When I type in Net_graph 3 it displays all the information, ping, fps, choke, ect.

On every server except the one that works fine, I have about 150 - 200 choke.

On the good server I have about 50 choke.

I hear you should be between 10 - 15 at most.

My father sais he hasnt changed anything with the internet.

theres such thing as an Internet Cap, but you normally only get "capped" if you use p2p programs like Limewire, Morpheus, Kazaa, ect. Do you use any of these programs? if you do, it could be the problem here. I forget how to get rid of them, ill find that out though once im sure that youve been capped.

another answer is, Do you run .torrent programs while playing your games?
uTorrent TAKES ALL IT CAN, and i mean EVERYTHING. Download and Upload can be slowed to a crawl on other apps. do you run a .torrent app?

I have a torrent program installed, but I dont have it running.

I dont use lime wire or anything of the sort.

I havnt really installed anything recently, this randomly started happening.
