\Lol that's a Nightelf mount , you can still get one but you have to do rep grinding which will take a long time :P.

The Drawf mount just needs you to be level 40 and it costs 100g to buy, you have to pay 90g to learn how to ride them then 10g for the actual mount

Lol :P, what level's your Dwarf?

you have to reach lvl 40 to get a mount and it`ll cost ya about 100gold. and i think its just night elves that can get the tiger mount. dwarks get a mechanical mount

My dwarf dude is a level 11 paladin

Nope any race can ride the tigers, and Drawfs normally choose the ram but they and gnomes can also ride the mechostrider ( the mechanical mount).

As the Drawfs and gnomes are the only races that can ride the mechanical mounts.
