The support people at EA say that the reason I get this error is because it does not seem to recognize fully my graphics card, which is a Geforce 6800, and yes I have installed all updates, and done everything they have asked me to and it still does not play the game. It is the only game I have that will not run. Could someone please give me some possible reasons why, SimCity Societies would not be able to fully read my graphics card besides out of date drivers?
