Hey could you please tell me what Fps you get on FSX (you can check by pressing shift+z twice) could you also state what Graphics card you have, what settings your playing the game on (scenery, detail...) . Thanks

I have a friend who has 2 8800's in SLI and he's running FSX with 20-25 FPS.
I don't know but you should have a monster computer to run it on high FPS.

yea flight simulator x is a beast of a game to play on a standard rig. I've seen $1700 computers barely run it.

I was hoping this would make a difference: Flight Simulator X Acceleration Expansion Pack but reading the speil, it seems as tho' it doesn't....and isn't adding DX10 just gonna thicken the soup some more??? I always think that MS should have worked hard on skinning this thing down so that "normal" PC's could run it well.

usually game companies and graphics card companies coincide their releases of new products with each other so as that the hardware is never below what the software throws at it, im sure microsoft is not one of the companies that communicates with hardware manufacturers....
