Hello pidodagreat, Welcome to PCHF.

- CD should not be copied.

- Make sure the the CD is clean and not scratched.
- Make sure the heads are clean.

^ You can buy CD and head cleaning kits from most hardware stores and supermarkets, or even on-line, for example: Hama CD CLEANING SET review cheap prices CD CLEANING SET Hama best buy discount online uk shop

- Finally, the heads of the drive itself maybe worn, in which case you would need to replace the drive itself.
