Battle for middle earth is still one of my favourite RTS's but one thing annoys me, the stupid population cap!
Is there a mod or a way to remove, or increase the population cap?

No idea mate
 Best bet would be to prowl around fan forums and see if they had any. I haven't played BME for a long time...infact...i haven't played any RTS since i got SupCom..nothing compares
