Yes my computer lags every 1-3 minutes.
Takes in games fps low as 1-5..
And if im looking something with media player it starts to lag..

But only thing is that even if i format problem is staying on computer..
Yes my drivers are up2date..
Runned much defragements etc. to fix this problem.
Things what other guys told in other help forums.
None of them has worked to my computer for so long!

And i take firewalls and antiviruses and other softwares what would go update or any connect into internet away when im playing.
So there shouldnt be any things in them.
My cpu is 100% when this happends.
Nothing founded with some Memtest i dloaded from internet.

Mobile AMD Sempron processor 3200+
1.6GHz 512KB L2 cache
Ati Radeon Xpress 1100
80GB 5400rpm pata HDD
512MB Memory DDR2 (Support dual channel)

im not sure, but i have experienced similar problems on other pcs, and once on my own, on mine, it was with my older p4, and the cpu cooler was clogged with dust so the cpu was constatly throttled resulting in lagging apps, you may want to try cleaning the cooler out. also on some older pcs i have found that some of the drivers for the hardware corrupt windows files, causing them to use 100% cpu ussage
