Could you try this for me go here Download Software, Drivers and Utilities Filters select your version of windows and download and install the driver and see if it is any better

I actually don't have an intergrated card, I have a GeForce 6600 Go with latest drivers installed.

BTW, here's a thread with people having the same problem.. and there doesn't seem to be any solution to it.

ED THE PROBLEM!!! If I switch the game's priority in task manager from normal to belownormal or high then it work without lag! Now I just eed to find a permanent solution to this instead of having to change priorities every time i game.
