Ok so I am trying to go back and play NBA Live 2000 on the PC. Don't ask me why because I really don't know, I just have an urge to do so.

Anyway, I installed it and whenever I boot it up, it goes to the black screen that usually means its loading. However then the following error pops up:
Honestly, I have little idea what it means. Maybe something with my registry but I don't really know and if thats what it is, I don't know what it means from there.

I am running XP, and I know older games have the potential to have compatibility issues but I have ran it on XP before if I remember correctly.

Any thoughts and help would be awesome.

I got the same error message while playing nba 2000 on my new NB.
I have tried the method menthoned in NBA Live Series Center :: View topic - Readeon 9700 Pro and Win2K
But It still does not work.
Would you please tell me how you fix this problem?

Is there any patch available to fix this problem?
