So you have no peripherals attached to the PC, and there is nothing hardware wise installed that was not there when you purchased it?

I have nothing extra attached to the pc and i have not installed any additional hardware. (i wouldnt know how to lol)

LOL, that hasn't stopped a lot of folks GBx, lol.

OK, how many CDs are in the Recovery set? If it is only one, we may need to contact Fujitsu, and determine if part of the recovery was on the HDD.

Also, make sure the CD is clean, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and check it for scratches

I do only have one disc, I checked it before I started the reformat to make sure there was no scratches and also gave it wipe.

Let me contact Fujitsu, and see if the recovery was split between the HDD and the CD, don't worry, we're not licked yet.
