Default Simcity4 DE win32 error
i have been trying to install SC4 D.E. on my computer, and when i click on 'install' an error comes up saying----- Exec and wait
error executing E:\Support\SimCity 4 Deluxe_Code.exe %1 is not a valid Win32 application PLease help me fix this/ thanks in advance

and also sometimes it says that only part of a readprocess or write procces was completed.
