nv4_disp.dll is generally a driver issue - boot into safe mode and reinstall your chipset and video card drivers.

this entry here should be fixed but please let some toher more qualified person confirm it

plus you have a lot of unwanted junk in your comp...like the toolbars and all those AOL accessories i suggest u remove them if you dont have enough use for them
