Well it did find some files that needed to be replaced so I popped in the the Windows XP cd and away it went. Once it was done I tried playing, but still the game crashed.

When I restarted my computer the next time my video card drivers seemed to be uninstalled because my resolution was REALLY low and I was looking at my through 4 bits of color. Also, the Nvidia Settings button wasn't on the taskbar anymore. Everything is back to normal now that I re-installed the drivers and after playing a game for about an hour or so I haven't seen a crash. I'll have to play more to make sure but it might just be fixed. Here's hoping.

I'll be back later to post an update on the situation. Thanks for all the help thus far though, I really appreciate it.
