Sparky has arrived!
Hello to you all!
Although my username is RetroGamer, you may call me Sparky (Mark).
I'm very new to this kind of thing but I'm looking forward to learning a wealth of information from everyone here.
First priority, can anyone help me with a problem i am having trying to play an old classic. I really miss playing this game and I'm sure there is a way i can get back to it without buying an updated copy. What is this game i hear you ask? Why it's none other than Bullfrog's classic THEME HOSPITAL. So far, everytime i try and run setup, my windows XP complains that it's an MS-DOS application that isn't suitable. I can run the game straight off the cd but am unable to save my progress,. This makes reaching the last levels very difficult as i have to play for upwards of 4 hours to get anywhere interesting!
Can anyone help me? I will post this is a more appropriate forum in the hope it will be read by more people.
