Default Cant Host A Game(Router Issues)

Ok, so for the longest time i wanted to host a server btu i cant due to this router. So i usualy just buy a server. but in this case i need to host a server that hosting companys dont exist for. Serious Sam: The Second Encounter.

When i try and host a server it hosts it off my routers ip, 192.168.?.?, so im the only one who can connect to it(cuz i love playing by self) but my ip is actualy like 70.?.?.?, all i want is for my brother to be able to conect to the same server as me, hes on the same router just in hte other room. basicaly the setup is like this

SpeedStream 6520(modem/router) then my computer and his computer
(****, complicated...didnt plan to draw it out like that but whatever)

is there anyway i can set up a LAN or something between these computers or someway to let me host a server we can connect to?

(same **** happens with dedicated servers)

if you need any more info jsut post

Hi, according to the reading I have done, Serious Sam on a LAN (or 'net) requires you to set port forwarding on your router - TCP(25600-25616) and UDP(25600-25616) ports
