Default Half Life 2 Application Error
I have recently reinstalled Half Life 2.

On attempting to load the game on the loading screen I get the following application error.

The instruction at "0x241f94f7" referenced memory at "0x0d8af41c". The memory could not be "read".

My Nvidia graphics driver and Direct X are the latest versions

I have not had problems playing the game before.

Any thoughts?

It seems as though it is related to your graphics card. Try an older driver: www.guru3d.com and see if that helps.

Hi Skstct,

If the driver doesn't help, you could possibly try deleting a file...
