The DS is the hand held version that Nintendo put out to rival the PSP.
I think the actual game name is Brain Age. I'm unable to find a BrainTrain - and nothing of either name for the Wii.

You have heard of the gameboy right? For many years they released new versions of it. Then they changed the name to Nintendo DS, it has a touch screen.
