Gothic 3 and Empire Earth 2

gothic 3 gets borin after a wile and empire earth well lets see i just started!

Still on Supreme Commander hahaha....oh noes...
Also been playing Live For Speed quite frequently...(not Need for Speed)
and Neverwinter Nights 2 occasionally as well...but this is boring after Oblivion now.

Hi , Im a bit new here, and do have an issue related to gaming, but gonna put a topic up for it in the appropiate areas.

Im an avid gamer I play... :
TES III : Morrowind
TES IV : Oblivion
Valve's : Counterstrike 1.6 , Condition Zero , Counterstrike Source, Day of Defeat Source, and Half Life 2 deathmatch.
Bioware's : Neverwinter Nights
Obsidian's : Neverwinter Nights 2 (I have a personal grudge with obsidian over KOTOR)
Need for Speed : Hot pursuit 2
Volition's : Descent : Frespace The great war and Freespace Silent Threat
Jane's : um.... just about all of em I think ^_^
Guild Wars (dont play much anymore on account of comcast. comcast < Cox)

and a bunch of others that I cant recall off the top of my head.

Aahh..hot pursuit2...one of the last games that EA released that was any good....everything since porche unleashed (including battlefield) has sucked in my opinion...to the point where i just won't play anything released by EA now...uninstalled NFS: Carbon...took the CD back to the shop, and got my money back...rather brash decision..but the game was aweful and it was worse then any of the recent ones...(driving wise)

my personal favorite was high stakes, but cant find a copy of it anywhere. I liked it cuz you could bet pink slips in it ^_^ good chance to win a new car.

to tell the truth though, Id like something thats a cross between gran turismo and need for speed underground.

my two best genres would be fighters (DBZ, tekken , soul calibur, mortal kombat, etc) and air combat simulators. Im not much when it comes to fps , but I can fly just about anything , and Im a pro at it too love the f22 raptor , but I have a really soft spot for the f4 phantom. I fly that one mostly.
I call it the 'ol "freight elevator"

Freespace is an awesome game if you can find it btw... it was made for the ati rage series, but it still looks very impressive, even stacked up against today's games.

Yea, i had freespace for a while...it was fun, but i got bored of it..

most of my time is taken up by Live for Speed and Supreme Commander now....

Both are in Beta form...and can't get enough of either

One game that looks really nice for todays standards - Quake 1 - with the GL patch on..
And it supports my monitors native res - and much much higher...so...Go ID and John Carmack..don't get games made like that anymore.

I havent played quake 1 since I was 13 years old... was the first fps I ever played... anywhere I can get it nowadays? be nice if I could actually beat the game...
