Hey Lt. Ozzy,

By all the updates do you mean both the OS and the game?

For reference the following is from here.

PC (Computer) Requirements (Playable, Bare Minimum):
- CPU: 800 MHZ Pentium III Processor or Higher.
- OS: Windows 98 or Higher.
- Direct X 8.1 or Higher.
- RAM: 128MBS of RAM (DDR RAM Recommended)
- 6.5 GB (Gigabytes) of Hard Drive Disk Space.
- Broadband Internet Connection (Cable, ADSL, DSL, etc.)
- An ATI or GeForce Video Card with at least 32 MB of Video RAM

PC (Computer) Requirements (Highly Recommended):
- CPU: 1.8 GHZ Pentium 4 Processor or Higher.
- OS: Windows XP Home or PRO.
- Direct X 8.1 or Higher.
- RAM: 256MBS of RAM (DDR RAM Recommended)
- 6.5 GB (Gigabytes) of Hard Drive Disk Space.
- Broadband Internet Connection (Cable, ADSL, DSL, etc.)
- An ATI or GeForce Video Card with at least 64 MB of Video RAM
- A Game Controller for PC. (Optional)
Though you can play the game at the bare minimums it might help to try on a slightly more powerful machine.

By the looks of it youre pc just cant , or just might barely be able to play that game. Always take the minimum specs recommend with a big grain of salt.

But have a look what the temps and voltages of youre pc are with this app:
