Ok I deleted every single thing in Temp Directory, deleted every battlefield reg in Regedit... and still no play

It could also be E.A. reg entrys that prevent you from installing but if you have more games from E.A. installed then its going to be very difficult to find out wich im afraid.

But what you can try is , like if the demo was installed in for example C:\program files\EA\battlefield2demo , try changing the installation dir to C:\Battlefield\battlefield2demo or something , it might work.
