Hello guys :cry:

Im trying to un-install the Sims Online software form
my computer. But everytime I click on the uninstall.exe
I get this error message == "failed to retrieve value from the registry"

I even re-installed the program and tried again, but Im still
getting this message.

Do any of you know what I can do to get this program
un-installed? :-( Sims Online not listed in Add/Remove list.

Please download, install and run this: Regcleaner

Then remove all keys relating to The Sims. If you are unsure about removing certain things, just post them here and we'll help.

I had this prob when i was using the Normal version. Turns out to do a re install i had to do a search in the Registry for the Maxis folder BEFORE i could re install fresh.
