Default [Answered] Can't Delete America's Army Download even after Safe Mode

I started downloading the latest version of "America's Army" from www.gamespot.com using Firefox, which I am not used to. The download went extremely slowly, and so I canceled it. Right now stuck on my desktop is a file called "AmericasArmy230_Download" which has a size of 0 bytes. When I try to delete it, however, an error message comes up that says

"Cannot delete AmericasArmy230_Download: It is being used by another person or program.

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again."

I tried closing every program that I could, but that still wasn't enough to allow me delete this annoying file. Any ideas on how I can remove it from my desktop?

By the way...

I tried starting my computer on Safe Mode and deleting it from there. However, after I tried to delete it, the identical error message popped up. Anyone know what to do?

I have had similar problams before with other files, try the following:

Boot your machine up normally, then open your Internet explorer, go to Tools --> Internet Options.
Delete your Temporary Internet files, so if you are using XP click on Delete Files. It might also be worth clearing out your history.

Once this is done try and delete the file off your desktop. (might be worth booting into safe mode again)
