Core voltages are 1.43, for a stable clock at 1GHz. Wouldn't have been able to do this without my fancy WC setup :P
Proof:
It shows the GPU clock as 240Mhz becuase it down clocks when in a 3D environment.

That's right... My HD4890 is now clocked at 1GHz core and 1GHz memory!

If you run the freeware version like I do, you can't change any of the settings. What you see is what you get.
