ram is very sensitive to valtage changses... i've fried sticks just by increasing them at a minimal step... be careful, man. I have a p5q pro, in the BIOS, navigate to AI Tweaker to adjust the clocks, etc. and then head over to power (i believe thats what it is) and voltage settings should be in there. That's how it is on mine, not sure about yorus but they are the same family.

According to Intel, your max voltage is 1.3625V. I wouldn't ever recommend increasing it to that unless if you have great cooling.

Here's the link for your processors spec's, see for yourself:

Thumbs up Re: Help overclocking ASAP

thks. But is there a way to oc ram besides voltage ? and for my processor is there anything else to change i already changed fsb freq to 435 vcore to auto but what is the ratio thing im not sure...Now is auto but max settings is 9.5 should i use 9.5 instead of auto? And about the pcie freq what should i put it default is 100 but when i set it to 110 during POST it tells me OC failed press f1 to go to setup...so reverted it back to 100.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend changing the PCI frequency keep it the way it is. And I wouldn't put vcore on auto, run stress tests and see what is the minimum voltage you can run so you don't stress out your CPU. I believe the auto ratio settings simply lower them when not in use and raise them back up when they are.. I could be wrong though, I don't have yoru setup I'm just trying to help... I'm not so sure what other advice I can give I'm not an OC guru I just understand the basics, I'm sure a guru will see this and give you an answer about the ratios soon.. Good luck

Oh and watch your voltages
