Red face Overclocked cpu today

CPU-intel pentium 4 530 Prescott 3.0ghz,MOBO-ASUS P5N73-AM,the actual FSB in the bios read 800mhz,thats 200mhz x15multipler=800,i have 4gs ddr2 pc5300 667mhz installed,i installed the CPU-Z and here are the readings,core voltage 1.368v,core speed is now 3375.1mhz,bus speed 225mhz,cpu temp 45c,MB temp31c,memory readings-DRAM freqency 375mhz,FSBRAM 3:5,(CL)5.0 clocks,(tRCD) 5 clocks,(tRP)5 clocks,cycle time(tRAS)16 clocks,Bank cycle time(tRC)23 clocks,(CR)2T,my question is,do i have change any other settings like memory timing,latencies,any memory changes at all,and also,how about voltages,also,can i raise the FSB even higher than it is,im new at this overclocking stuff,any imfo would help,another thing i did was ran the orthos sp2004 program for 4 hrs it passed all test on the cpu and memory,thank you

thank you,i updated the user CP,everything about my PC is there,it used to be a gateway 507GR,but i changed the motherboard,now it an ASUS computer,thx

no i did not,but,i have this program from ASUS called PROBE,it lets me keep an eye on all voltages and temperatures,i can also adjust the fans speeds,right now the CPU temp is 49 degrees celsius,which is fine,any help would be appreciated,thank you
