I use a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme 6
to cool my C2Q Q9450 (2.66Ghz) CPU which is overclocked to 3.2Ghz and under full load my temp is 37C. The unit is very quiet as the 120mm fans don't need to spin as fast to move the same volume of air. My fan never turns any faster than 1500rpm.
