I have one of these on a AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000: ::: Zalman, leading the world of Quiet Computing Solutions :::

I also have one of theses on a AMD Athlon 64 3200: ::: Zalman, leading the world of Quiet Computing Solutions :::

Both were very good buys for the quiteness / cooling I require editing videos...

I use a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme 6
to cool my C2Q Q9450 (2.66Ghz) CPU which is overclocked to 3.2Ghz and under full load my temp is 37C.

The unit is very quiet as the 120mm fans don't need to spin as fast to move the same volume of air. My fan never turns any faster than 1500rpm.

I am running a C2Q Q6600 oced to 3.2 and the temps shown by real temp 2.7 says my thermalright ULTRA 120 extreme stay below 32 degrees.
