Default Toubles with overclocking

i have an issue similar to this thread here
http://www.pchelpforum.com/overclock...hics-card.html
but i kno how to fix this issue, i jsut went into safe mode and system restored out of the freezing situation.
I have a Nvivia GeForce 7300 LE
Now i have a problem with my gfx card running at normal, no overclock at all
when i alt+tab or alt+enter out of something games, media center, and i think internet stuff, it requires a re-boot of what ever im doing to get rid of a very bad lag.
For instance i was currently playing AoC, lol thats the reason i wanted to over clock hehe, but i would get around 10-12 fps normally, then i would alt+tab to do something else, and i would have 1-5 fps per.
Before i over clocked my card was running at Core bus:450MHz Memory bus:532MHz
and i clocked it to memory bus to 790MHz i think around there
and it worked fine until a few mins of gameplay and it would mess up, then id reboot then id get the lock up.
Is there anyway to fix this alt+tab losing frams stuff, becuase it is very annoying
Any help will be great

The overclock could well have damaged the card. The 7300 was never a gaming card and the LE basically means you have a cheaper cut down version of the 7300. All this card is good enough for is putting an image on the screen and very basic games. If you want to play reasonable games then you will need a new card
