Well I just got my "45w" 4850e,
It oc's and uc's like the 5000+BE, but you have to change the fsb in bios,
with the 5000+BE all I had to do was get A64CLK and I could change the voltage and multipler on the fly. One sec I had 1Ghz at .850v then 3.1Ghz at 1.400v.
With the 4850e you have to reboot and go into the bios to change the fsb.
Any one know of a program that will change the fsb on the fly?

Then theres power consumption.
With the 5000+:

I will also try a few others and re post it.

These are some very unsatisfactory results. I was expecting at least a 10w drop in power consumption in all categories.
Any one got tips on how I can improve my oc and uc?

Is there a program that I can use in windows that will change the fsb/multi/votage ?
