Overclocking - Memtest passed? posted in the Hardware forums; I have my ram underclocked and my timings lowered. I used two instances of Memtest with the suggested XP MB amount. Memtest ran to 350% and then failed. Of course ...

Default Memtest passed?
I have my ram underclocked and my timings lowered. I used two instances of Memtest with the suggested XP MB amount. Memtest ran to 350% and then failed. Of course it would be nice to have no errors, but would this be considered sucessful?

2gb ram = ddr at 704 (native 800)

By 350 %-- you mean how long it ran ?
3.5 complete cycles with zero errors ?
Yes that's successful-- a couple of hours steady with no errors is a success...

Well, I'm not sure how many hours it was running. I was asleep. But I assume it ran over my memory 3.5 times before it errored. I woke up and it had stopped with an error at 350%.
