Default [Pending] Overclocking Trouble

I set the cpu core voltage a bit too low whilst overclocking and then i couldn't boot or even get into the BIOS to change it back. so i opened up the case & took the CMOS battery out, waited a few seconds then put it back in to reset the BIOS & then booted up. i can now get into the BIOS but when it tries to boot from the HDD is says NTLDR is missing, press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart. i think it might be because my hdd is 320GB all in one partition and it doesn't like reading this big partition because some settings in the BIOS were put back to normal that helped it read it before? i don't know what's wrong with it can anyone tell me what to do?
