Default Wc or stay on air (E6600)

Hi, am not a complete newby in overclocking but still not too cofortable with.
I currently have a c2d @ 3200mhz @ stock votls / ocz gold 800mhz at 3-4-4-15 underclocked at 748 mhz/ a 8800gtx not oc'ed cz not needed and a 630w Power Supply Unit// other wont mater in oc so ...

I want to push to 3.5-6ghz at about 35C idling

the cpu is running on a tt big typhoon with stock fan and my themps are 36-38 idle 45-48 @100% load (not bad for a 22%ovc on air considering at stock mhz is at 28-31 idle)

I think of moving to WC with a cheap kit like the 745 big water (heard good comments for its class). all temps are with an ambitient of 24-26 C' but considering that in summer temps reach 40 C' it will rise much more and Wc may give me higher temps than airC or about the same
my typhoon gives me just 5 C higher than abitient at stock and 10 C at 3.2ghz which is consider perfect for Air

What do you propose ??????

(edit) heard the E6600 B2 can reach 3.5ghz at stock volts

personally i'd stay with air, and just buy more cooling fans for peace of mind. i don't really think WC would be entirely necessary, but if you have the money to spend and your plan is to stretch your system to it's limits, then it may be a good idea to invest in a water cooling kit. the c2d's are great overclockers, i wouldn't worry too much about it, as long as you have a decent cooler, that baby will o'clock like there's no tommorow lol. just take it slowly.

ovc+lower noise ,,
well am ambitious
If i see that ovc goes fine with good temps i'm going to push it further i've heard this baby
reaching 3.8 on air so ill be even going there with nice temps (40ish)
