Default Overclock? basic advice please
my Asus mobo has loads of overclocking realted stuff built in, a luxury i've not really had before, i know my cpu can be pushed a fair biton stock cooling but would like to know how to go about it
i have

AMD athalon 64 x2 3800+
Asus M2V mobo
2x1Gb or DDR2 PC5400 matched pair corsair ram
and a 7300GT think the clock is 400mhz on that and the ram 667mhz,

its an inno3d 256mb PCI-E

any tohughts help advice etc?

thats good background, but can anyone offer more specific help, i'm on DDR2 and an AMD cpu
