Default Overclocking Advise for E6300

So i got my E6300 and i want to overclock it. I've heard its one of the best CPUs every for overclocking and i wana see what i can do w/ it. My motherboard isnt too strong so i wanted to make sure i didnt push it too hard. I'm using a TR2 M21 RX for cpu cooling. My case has 3 90mm Fans and 1 Thermaltake blower in the rear. And i removed the PSU from the case to eliminate any extra heat. Case temp doesnt go over 85F and is usualy around 75-78F.

Any advice would be great and whatever programs for testing u think i should go for would be great.

Im not sure on the actual 'overclocking' part but for testing torture it using Prime 95.

The result should have been fine then. It is meant to make sure you have a stable overclock. So when you have overclocked you run it to test.
