Default Overclocking PII and Celerons

Hey all,
Just wondering is it possible to overclock PII and Celerons (both Slot 1), my mobo's dont have an voltage/frequency control etc.. I'm not fussed if they will be destroyed or the mobo will die etc.. I'm overclocking them with the intention of frying them.. Yeah mindless destruction. Is there a Windows based utility I can use?

Cheers
